Kitchen towels are provided once on arrival free of charge.
Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), day bed (80 x 200/160 x 200 cm) and a floating door wardrobe. A travel cot (60 x 120) can be provided free of charge. Bathroom with window, sink, toilet and shower. Bed linen is provided once upon arrival free of charge. Towels are to be brought by the guest or bookable for a fee.
Other: Underfloor heating, electric shutters and sun awning, 2 south / west terraces, barbecue area outdoor playground, 1x parking space. Bicycles and children's bike seat can be provided by the landlord for a fee.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea!   8 km from Rostock-Warnemünde, only 4 km or 15 minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach, stands on a well-kept large plot of land, this comfortably furnished cottage in bungalow style with two terraces in a quiet field.    You can expect a bright, friendly and very comfortable apartment. Children up to 6 years stay free of charge. Up to 4 adults (+ 1 child) can be accommodated for a surcharge.   The apartment has a living room with open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.   The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating. All windows have electric shutters. Living room with TV and music system. Cozy corner couch with sleep function for a maximum of two people (lying area approx. 130 x 215 cm).  The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge and freezer, stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker) and has a spacious dining area (dining table with 4 chairs and high chairs if required). Kitchen towels are provided once upon arrival free of charge.   The bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and floating door wardrobe. A daybed (80 x 200 cm, max 160 x 200cm) is also available. If required, a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be additionally installed. Bathroom with window, sink and toilet and shower.   Bed linen is provided once upon arrival free of charge. Towels can be booked for a surcharge.     In good weather, the two terraces belonging to the apartment (south / west side) invite not only for a leisurely breakfast, but also for a barbecue at the barbecue. A large electric awning provides the perfect sun protection.   On the property there is a playground suitable for your children (eg with playhouse, swing and slide system, trampoline, sandpit). �� Your car can stand on the property. Bicycles (2 x 26 MTB, 2 x 28 trekking, 1 x 22 children's bike) and a children's bicycle seat (up to 3 years) can be provided by the landlord for a fee. 50% deposit of the total price within 7 days after booking on the account, balance 7 days before arrival on the account.
