"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "

"The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had."

"I booked two rooms, I sent the hotel a request that the rooms be together, unfortunately the rooms are on separate floors, after difficult arguments at the reception, after a day I received two rooms on the same floor"

"These apartment hotels are ideal for a family. The staff is very friendly, and the places are sparkling clean with some appliances for preparing a simple dish. We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. The location is very close to Batumi Mall. The only downside was that, even though the place was designed for four people, we had to request an extra rolling bed because the sofa bed was too small for two adults.
