"Amazing! An absolutely magnificent hotel, with ample places to relax and enjoy the outstanding views. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and fresh without being overwhelming. Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Hands down the best atmosphere and service of any hotel I have visited in Israel. Spa was delightful with highly trained staff! Recommend!"

You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. "Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....

Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep.
