However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Rioca Posto 2, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transportation , making it easy to explore the area. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. It made my stay feel truly special and memorable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to come back!"
