"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. "The room was slightly larger than a coffin. The entrance to the shower was about 3 feet wide, I am not a large man but had to squeeze through the opening. When using the sink, water would run out from the base and, since the floor was not level, the water would run out of the bathroom and pool at the side of the bed. "Made this location base for travel to the Gold Coast to the west and Keva to the east. Stayed about 3 weeks in one bedroom apartment on ground floor. Loved the swimming pools and onsite restaurant. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Be sure to specify if you want a one floor apartment with no internal stairs. Lastly I'd recommend bringing a non-slip bathmat. Floors are slippery. Good safe location. "
