"10 Tage spontan gebuchter Erholungsurlaub: Obwohl im Hotel verfügbar haben wir keine Halbpension gebucht, da wir viele Ausflüge gestartet hatten und gerne undividuell unterwegs sind. Im Umkreis von 500m sind 3 Tavernen und mehrere Supremärkte erreicbar."

"The shower system is broken. There was cold water coming from the shower. When we told the hotel staff, they simply told us to wait longer for the shower water to become warm. We had waited 20 min, but the water was still cold. In total we had to go the hotel staff more than 3 times to repeat that it didn’t work. We wasted almost an hour and the staff were not helping. In the end the employee went to our shower and said we need to try turning it on and off a few times and just patiently...

"The villa is located near shops and restaurants but requires a drive to a pretty beach. We initially had a concern with the pool that unfortunately could not be resolved but the owner arranged a switch to another vacant villa. Property manager very supportive and therefore the initial concern did not cause a big problem."

"After a stuttering start with no air con in one of the bedrooms which took 4 days to remedy, we had a brilliant stay at the villa. The villa is well located to a no.of restaurants, bars and small selection of shops/supermarkets and a 5-minute stroll to the local beach. Our rep, Yolanda, was lovely and checked on us regularly via text to ensure we were happy with everything. We also had the added bonus of the owner allowing us to stay in the villa on our last day until 5pm when our taxi was due...
