I mentioned it to her that we were arriving after 10:30p.m. She told me that check in is until 8:00 p.m. She gave me all instruction how to get in my room. "Great central location within walking distance of all the old city. Comfy room,narrow steep steps is the only thing to consider if you are elderly or frail. The cleaning lady carried my wifes suitcase up the steps I managed ok. The room is cute spacious and had a nice view "
