This spacious house boasts three bedrooms plus a den that can be easily converted into a fourth bedroom if you need the extra space. With two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two cosy living room areas with sea views, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. And let's not forget the spacious top floor balcony where you can soak in the stunning sea views with your morning coffee or evening drink.
Outside, you'll find two fantastic areas to enjoy. The aft deck area features a BBQ grill perfect for some delicious outdoor cooking. On the beachfront side, the fully landscaped yard comes complete with a fire pit. You'll love spending your days lounging by the beach, sipping on a cold drink, and watching the waves roll in. It's pure bliss!
The sleeping arrangements are just as inviting. The sea facing master bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in robe—your personal retreat within the retreat. Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with built-in robes, and the third bedroom has a sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size upon request. Upstairs, the den can also be set up with a sofa bed converted to a queen size if needed, with a shutter screen available for added privacy.

One room upstairs is locked and not available to guests.
Upstairs bar cupboards are locked and not available to guests.
Selected cupboards in the kitchen are locked and not available to guests.
Garage is not available to guests. However, single space carport.
Infrared Sauna is available. However, ice bath is not available to guests.
Security cameras on premises -Ring doorbell at front gate, camera above front door facing entrance and camera out the back facing the path that leads to the beach none are inside the home.
