Secure parking, remote-controlled security garage and additional off-street (front courtyard) parking, safely located behind the main slatted timber electric slide gate. Private entrance via the remote-controlled security garage.

This house was perfect for my work trip, Peter was fantastic in communicating and responding and allowed an early check-in which was very helpful on the day.
Great location and easy-to-access cafes, and restaurants...... very close to the city.
Very spacious house, very clean and exactly what the description says

This was the perfect accommodation - both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The owner was also very friendly and flexible with arrangements.
Security remote-controlled garage plus secure on-site car parking for one large SUV or a Ute and a medium-sized car.
Within walking distance to Adelaide CBD.......Accessed via Adelaide's scenic Southern Parklands, which border the suburb of Parkside.

The ground floor has a bedroom with 1 double bed and single wardrobe, fully accessible, through a 1.62 metre, fully closeable, private double door (no steps or stairs) Serviced by a separate enclosed shower and separate... 1/2 bathroom (bathroom vanity and toilet) with ground floor access (no steps or stairs) conveniently situated next to this bedroom.
***BEDROOMS 2 and 3 ***
Upstairs are two LARGE, double, light-filled bedrooms,
BEDROOM 2, has a Queen Bed, a Single Bed...And extensive fitted wardrobe space.
BEDROOM 3, has a Queen bed, and a bunk bed (2 single beds, placed one above the other.)...And extensive fitted wardrobe space.
Both bedrooms are serviced on the same floor by a fully tiled main bathroom with an indulgent spa bath, large vanity, and frameless glass shower.
BEDROOM 4, is located in a central upstairs area with a single bed, small TV, Scandi single lounge chair, as well as generous storage cupboards.
All the beds have linen supplied, with pillows, sheets, quilts & quilt covers, including throw blankets to keep you nice and warm at night-
***Kitchen***
Situated on the ground floor is the white cabinetry modern kitchen providing a 900mm stainless steel Smeg gas cooktop and under bench oven with canopy rangehood.
There is a two-drawer smeg dishwasher and abundant storage, including a good-sized pantry and a further pull-out pantry.
The double-width island benchtop with a double sink has soft touch opening cupboards on each side.
