2 Bedrooms, Sparrows Sanctuary is a cozy & quiet two bedroom town house located in a perfect part of the Adelaide CBD. A Small walk to the Adelaide tramline or the Adelaide central markets. Our home is perfect for someone travelling for business or for a small family wanting to stay in a quiet place in the city.
Free Wifi and on-site parking to make your stay easy and stress free!
Our home is guest ready, all beds will be made up. Linen and Towels provided as well as guest amenities.

The Space:
2 Master Bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Sparrow’s Sanctuary is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.
Our home is perfect for any season with full ducted heating and air conditioning. New, adjustable pull out smart tv in the lounge room which can be angled towards the dining room or even the balcony. There is also a smart tv in master bedroom 1. Convenient study nook located next to the balcony, providing natural light. Free WIFI access to all guests. Working from home just got a whole lot nicer!

Guest Access:
Our home has a long narrow car garage that can squeeze up to 2 cars and is located within walking distance of the Adelaide tram line. The tram can take you down to Glenelg beach or into the heart of the CBD.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a gated, off street. Minimal car and foot traffic. Generally quite. Plenty of cafes and restaurants walking distance away. Extremely convenient.

Getting Around:
Parking garage can fit up to two cars. There is also a tram station about a 5 minute walk from our home which can take you to Glenelg beach, rundle mall, Adelaide train station and many more locations.

Large rooms in a central location
Clean, well sized 2 bed appt with all the mod cons. Very close to local tram stop Property Manager cannot be contacted via Stayz app. Also Phone number has extra 0 at start. So need to text with corrected number.

The unit is in a good area. Close to city. Easy walk to city centre with great eateries and coffee close by. However this unit needs attention. It is essentially a student apartment. Carpets in bedrooms need replacing, there was gaffer tape holding parts of the stairs in place, a large dent in the wall that could have easily been repaired and really the unit was poorly constructed in the first place. We would not choose to stay here again.

Great Location
Pros.The location is excellent with restaurants, cafes and pubs walking distance from the house. For a townhouse - the natural light is great, I’ve stayed in townhouses in the CBD which have no natural light. Lots of space on the rooms.Also, nice and quiet with no road noise. Cons.Check-in was a little challenging considering we paid for the house 7mths in advance to arrival. The bins were left in the garage area, full of rubbish (including rotting food) With the summer heat, this began to smell really badly and we had a terrible fruit fly and fly issues throughout the house. We had to wait 4 days into our stay for collection day. The cooking pans cannot be used, they are dirty and covered in grime. It’s also a little dirty around the edges and a little scruffy, but I suppose that’s expected in a holiday rental. Overall - I was satisfied with the accommodation, but feel a few improvements could be made.
