The grandeur of this estate will captivate you as soon as you arrive, nestled atop a gentle slope, this 5 bedroom luxury estate on 2 acres is framed with manicured gardens and lush greenery providing you with beautiful panoramic views over the vineyards and surrounding hills.

Located within minutes of Serafino, Chalk Hill, Wirra Wirra and McLaren Vale Town Centre. Additionally, you will be only a 15-minute drive to South Australia’s finest beaches including the iconic Port Willunga Beach.

Keeping true to its natural traditional design, the home has been beautifully renovated to showcase its true potential. On entry you will be greeted by a beautiful white cascading staircase and crystal chandelier leading upstairs to 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with ensuite and another full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The upstairs living room with views over the hills allowing you to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy each other’s company.

Enjoy the indoor entertainment quarter of the home which includes fully renovated kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you will need to make a beautiful meal. The area also features an elegant dining room and dedicated pool room.

Fully immerse yourself in the outdoor entertainment quarter which includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with beverage cooler and outdoor dining space. This space then leads out to a refreshing in-ground pool and outdoor shower, amongst the gardens.
Take your time to explore the gardens of the property and pick your own seasonal fruit.
At sunset, finish off your day around the outdoor wood fire pit, toasting marshmallows with a glass of red in hand.

The property accommodates 12 guests. Four queen sized bedrooms are located upstairs with one queen sized bedroom located downstairs. The lower level sitting room can be used as a second lounge room and also a sixth bedroom with a comfortable fold out sofa bed.

Three beautifully renovated bathrooms are available; two upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. The spacious ensuite features a shower and adjoining walk-in wardrobe, while the main bathroom includes a bathtub for you to relax and unwind.

During your stay, you will enjoy Wi-Fi and Smart TV’s for all your streaming services. There is also an outdoor Bluetooth speaker and indoor portable Bluetooth speaker for your audio needs.
Other facilities include a fully equipped laundry with state-of-the-art washing machine and dryer and double lock up garage.
