This was my first time to Adelaide. The apartment was amazing and a great price for how beautifully structured it was. The staff are amazing and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.

Was a very convenient location near Rundle Mall and staff very accommodating. Room was tidy but not outstandingly clean, but more due to wear and tear than dirtiness. If you get the right floor with quiet and obliging neighbors it is a great place.

Apartment was great and location is fantastic, right at Rundle Mall in the city. The pool was unfortunately out of order and only notified on check in. Apartment itself was modern and sufficiently furnished and we had a comfortable stay.

Fabulous views
Very central location for the CBD & Vailo 500 with lots of places to dine or snack. Arrival was great with a car space paid for two nights; secure & guaranteed spot. Unit wasnt really clean but we asked for a midweek clean & then better being able to see out of the full wall windows offering a superb view of the NE city sector & the Adelaide Hills. Would recommend 👌

Finding the hotel was a little odd as the main door says “residents only”, so not being a resident but a hotel guest is confusing. We spent another 10 minutes finding another way to get in etc so this could have been avoided with better signage. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and a small carton of milk as well considering this was not what I would call cheap accommodation. Other than that the apartment was nice and modern and had a huge balcony, although balcony furniture such as chairs and a table would have been appreciated so we could sit outside. Also the $200 bond felt a little on their nose as well and rather an imprint on the card would be better.

Our 3 bed apartment was spacious with fabulous views in a great location. It could have done with more lounge seating given it’s for 6 people, but overall a great stay.

Positives: location, quietness, floorplan, pleasant light-coloured interior, mountain and city views from the rooms. Negatives: Communications with Reservations and Reception. Lack of sensibility from the Reservations and unprofessionalism from the Reception. On arrival just before 8 pm, I had to call the Reservations (offshore) from where a man lied that my booking had been canceled. Out of the blue, a hotel staff appeared and handed in the keys after receiving the payment. Next morning, the receptionist debited my bank card I used last night again without letting me know. Instead of fixing the mistake, they compelled me to contact my bank, wasting my day. I'm yet to receive the money back. I'd provide a 5 star review if the Reservation staff were not disturbing and the staff at the hotel were professional enough.

Loved this property. Located conveniently to shopping, transport, Adelaide Oval precinct, Torrens River & dining. Great one bedroom apartment! Only downside is the Bedroom could have been a little bigger, but still comfy. Will definitely return to this property again.

Location was great but a little seedy at night because there’s not much lighting on the street. Quick stroll to Rundle Mall and the tram stop is nearby. Clean but kitchen sink had taps that were difficult to use. An older person would have difficulty if they had arthritis. A kitchen mixer tap would have been better. Dishwasher was easy to use. Fridge had a cupboard door which had to be opened first to then open fridge door. Very problematic when you just want to quickly access the fridge. It would be better to have no door so fridge can be directly used - not functional. Washing machine took a very long time to wash clothes. Each load was 2 hours on the quickest cycle. Dryer was good and easy to use. Shower toilet roll holder was in an awkward position because bathrooms were small. Car park spaces were allocated so you don’t have to find one that was available. Spaces are narrow because most people drive SUVs nowadays.
