“Monte” is a beautifully renovated Row Cottage in picturesque North Adelaide. With a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, all with high-end fixtures and fittings, this light-filled home is sure to impress even the most discerning of guests.

Located within walking distance to Adelaide CBD, Universities and many public and private hospitals, as well as being so close to some of Adelaide’s finest eating establishments, Monte is the perfect place to stay whilst enjoying Adelaide.

Freshly renovated and painted and beautifully styled with high-end linen, appliances, fixtures and fittings.

Access to entire house, front and rear courtyard and one off-street park

We live around the corner and are happy to have as much or as little interaction with our guests as they would like.

Situated in historic North Adelaide and very close to some amazing cafes (especially The Flying Fig). Easy walking distance to Adelaide Oval, Festival Theatre, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Calvary Hospital, University of Adelaide, UniSA and the CBD.
