Comfort is paramount at "Lemon & Salt" Studio, with a cloud-like queen bed awaiting you and reverse cycle AC to keep you at the perfect temperature all year round. In addition, the studio boasts brand-new appliances and modern amenities throughout, and coupled with the very central location of the studio, makes it the perfect base for whatever brings you to Adelaide.

The studio features a fully equipped Pullman style kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary endeavors, including filtered water on tap to keep yourself hydrated. Prepare your favorite meals with ease or whip up a quick snack – the choice is yours. The beautiful adjacent courtyard, adorned with an established lemon tree canopy, creates a serene and refreshing space for relaxation, where you can enjoy a beverage, hot or cold - perhaps with an added zingy slice of fresh lemon from our tree!

When it's time to unwind and enjoy some entertainment, you'll find a large smart TV and free wifi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. Parking: We regret to inform you that parking is not included with this studio. While there is free street parking available outside and in the surrounding area, it's essential to note that the street can get quite busy, particularly during peak hours. If you intend on having a vehicle, finding a parking spot may just require a bit of patience. Hint - if buying a coffee or anything from the cafe across the road, you can park in their carpark.

Toiletries and Consumables: For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and other general consumables to cover an average-length stay. However, for guests planning extended stays, please be aware that we do not routinely restock these items. Depending on your consumption, you may need to purchase additional supplies during your visit.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur

Adjoining Property: You may notice in our photos that this studio has adjoining doors to another property, which is currently vacant but will eventually undergo renovations to become another holiday rental. These doors are always locked and inaccessible to guests, ensuring your complete privacy and security during your stay.

Bins: The sites communal bins for the property are located down the side of the boundary wall at the back of the courtyard. Other tenants on site will access the bins from time to time via the gate to put their rubbish in and to take the ins out to the weekly collection.

A Lot to Like...with a little attention
It's a great location, really ideal. You're a short walk from the beach, and in Glenelg South, it's a lot quieter. The unit itself is ideal for one or a couple. However.... it's a little frustrating where communication is all online through a third party. The linen could be of better quality, and the water pressure could be improved by a better water heater. And... being unable to open a window is a little claustrophobic. If the owners could address these small issues it would be an absolute winner.
