Originally built in the 60's, the house has modern furnishings, fully equiped and is very comfortable. Features include wooden floors, triple burner enclosed fireplace, BBQ and large balcony.
Wrap around lounge windows with panoramic aeroplane views to the sea and sunset. Enjoy the views from the balcony. From the back courtyard undeveloped hillside views with occasional Koalas in trees, occasional Wallabies at back and seasonal flower displays.
Very large lounge room with dining table. Additional breakfast table in the dining area off the kitchen. Internal 7 step slate stairwell between lower ( lounge & balcony ) and upper level ( remainder of house). Main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite. Fully equiped kitchen. Electricity included subject to reasonable usage.
Tea & coffee are provided.
Split A/C in Lounge,2 Queen ,1 Single bedrooms, Ceiling fan & electric blanket in the single bedroom, Oscillating Fan Heater in Lounge.
2 level bush style home sitting on Adelaide Hills Face with lots of living space and all amenities. Steep curved drive from road to house. 10 min drive to upmarket Shopping Village.

Short walk to old Glen Osmond mines. 10 mins drive to large Burnside Upmarket Shopping Village and 20mins drive to CBD.
Tranquil setting surrounded by greenery with panoramic views over Adelaide from Hills Face to Sea. Occasional Koala Bears and Wallabies seen.
Car , walks, Bus 20 min walk downhill.
Shoeless house please to protect soft wooden floors.
Maximum 8 people in property at any time.
Fireplace: please note , Firestarters are often present. Lighter/ matches are stored in the kitchen pantry away from the wood. If Firestarters or Wood or Kindling run out , they may be purchased at the local hardware store as noted in the guests manual.
Electricity included subject to reasonable usage. Please turn Heating or Cooling off when retiring or leaving house.
We have a highchair and travel cot available upon request - please mention this at time of booking.
Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking.
The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.
A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
