Summary:
Perfect base for couples and travellers looking for a super central and convenient pad to crash, whilst exploring the Adelaide sights.
This newly renovated, fully furnished 1 bed homette with street frontage, small group of 4 with off-street parking, has everything you need. Easy access to both the City, Entertainment Centre and Glenelg from the tram stop a couple of hundred metres away. Shopping centre just across the road and just 5km from the Airport.

The Space:
Recently renovated homette with street frontage in a small group of 4 with off-street parking! Coles supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants and other facilities at the end of the street. Short walk to the tram stop to travel to the city or Glenelg.

The Neighborhood:
Plympton is right between Glenelg and the City just off Anzac Highway the main road between the city and Glenelg. The apartment is about 5km from the city and 5km from Glenelg. Easy access to Anzac highway and Marion road make this apartment very easy to access. Also within 5km of the airport which will be a 10 min taxi away if needed. The close proximity to the shops and the tram mean a car is not needed from this location, but if you have one off street parking is included.

Getting Around:
Trams and buses within a short walking distance.

The surrounding grassed area surrounding outside the property belongs to the common property strata group. From time to time lawnmowing be carries, unfortunately we cannot notify guests about this in advance, as we ourselves are not notified as to when it will occur because it can be subject to weather etc.


For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.

Apart from the difficulty identifying where the property was and a dreadful couch I enjoyed staying in Plympton. The unit is small but ideal for one person and had good amenities. Especially liked a litre of milk being available on arrival. Well situated with many shops in walking distance and the bus and Glenelg tram nearby. The quiet at night was a bonus. Keith - Melbourne.

Great little place to stay at Plympton
Overall was good few complaints the couch was terribly uncomfortable. As we prefer to eat at home more cooking pots would have been good. Be able to open a window would have been good too. The front door lock was a bit challenging for us as well. We sprayed twice for ants.

Am not impressed with this known issue. There was two locks on the door. One electronic and another with a key. I almost divorced my husband because he stupidly locked the one with the keyhole from the inside and we left to Coles it was 8pm. He thought the both locks are linked and will open with the electronic numbers. You obviously know that multiple people locked themselves out of the unit. I had two text message telling me to go find my own locksmith to open the door and a very late message a day later telling me that there is a back up key around the back in another box with number code to open it. Not impressed with the communication. $220 for the locksmith. We were made to feel very silly for locking ourselves out. With no one even calling us to check. 24/7 help really? Stuck out in the rain in Adelaide.

Had a 3 night stay, we found it very comfortable, and clean and very well equipped . We found the it was the perfect location for us to get around to see what we wanted, would highly recommend, and be more than happy to use again in the future.

Fab property, fab location
I stayed here for a month (I had to extend my stay another couple of weeks, and this was so simple to do) fab location for buses and trams to both Adelaide city centre and the beautiful beaches of Glenelg and Henley. The property is just as the pictures show, well equipped and clean, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A Little Gem
We stayed for three nights over the weekend. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. Parking was conveniently in the front yard. Having the air conditioner was great, as it was cold in Adelaide when we stayed. We also brought a King size doona with us for extra warmth on the bed. Transport to both the city and Glenelg were within short walking distance, as was the Coles supermarket, just around the corner. The Highway Hotel across the road from Coles served lovely food in their bistro, but be prepared for the large serves. It's a lovely little unit, with all the basic needs for a single person or couple to enjoy their stay in Adelaide. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice property
We found the property to be very clean and although not large it was functional with everything we needed and good value The only minor things we would would have liked would be able to see the tv from the bed,some bed lamps,and an extra blanket, would we stay there again? Certainly would, and the host was most helpful with great communication

Cosy little apartment
This clean and recently renovated apartment is perfect for a couple to stay a week or two. We spent 4 weeks there and it had everything we needed to make the time enjoyable and relaxing. Coles is just down the corner, and you can get to almost anywhere with public transportation with ease. The city or Glenelg Beach is just 20 minutes away by bus and the tram is just 5 minutes away. The owner is very friendly and helpful!
