The upper floor ocean room balcony views are awsome, bed is comfy, room was quite and clean, its a great location with onsite parking at a reasonable rate and now they have on site managment to do check in.. everything was good if you dont mind an oldish building.. much better than a motel

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the property. Our room smelt of smoke. We approached the property manager and asked to cancel but we’re not permitted to do so for the first night without a refund. We change rooms. The bed was not comfortable. The building very tired. A cockroach was in our room in the morning. we were on the 11th floor. Ultimately with the help of Expedia, we were able to receive a refund for the second night.

For the price we found this property great. The property is in a great spot to enjoy the area. I stayed in room 10th floor room 100 which had a great view over the marina. Self check in worked well and received good communication with the property.
