Great place to stay

On first impression the outside looks quite old but once inside it has all been renovated and is quite nice and comfortable. The beach is conveniently just across the road and if the weather was better we would have been over there and walking all around. Not far from restaurants and Marion shopping centre.

Fantastic Location
Our brief break for Xmas was perfect. The unit was modern, clean and had everything we needed plus extras! You really have thought of everything. FABULOUS LITTLE APARTMENT !

Very disapponted
Although quite nicely set up and with everything you need, we were shocked to find that there were no windows at all facing the beach, and the whole apartment smelt musty and unclean. Despite being on the beach, when inside we may as well have been in a city lane way. The service and communication with Janita, the manager, was good, and despite the smell, the apartment did seem clean. But overall, we were really disapponted and certainly won't be going back.

Perfect!
A friend and I stayed at Unit 1 for three nights during the month of February 2015. Perfect accommodation with all that was required for an enjoyable stay. We ate out every night but the kitchen facilities would be perfect for those with a family or who want a relaxing night in. Great views as it's situated right on the beach front and walking distance to Glenelg. Offstreet parking was a bonus. Will return.

Dated property close to beach
Excellent location directly accross road to magnificent beach. Construction site next door provided plenty of noise during the day. Pin number to door was an excellent feature and property manager was helpful and prompt. Downside was not being informed of construction site and paying full rate. Place is functional however dirty ugly corridor leading to front door was major kill joy. Bathroom is crowded, small bath and shower head provides little pressure. Overall is an average property for the area but in Glenelg there is much competition.

Fantastic location!
Really enjoyed our stay at Acaill. The beachfront location was brilliant and we made the most of it at the beach in the evenings after being out and about during the day. Such a pity the block was designed a long time ago without making the most of the wonderful views but we could see the sea from the little porch area. Had all that we needed and like the nice touches such as the buckets and spades and games for the kids.

Excellent property/excellent location!

Fantastic apartment and location
We could have not have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was modern and extremely clean, it had little extras as well as great airconditioning. Located straight across from the beach we didn't have to worry if we needed to go back and get something we had forgotten. Also just a short stroll to the holdfast marina we walked across daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner even though we had a fully equipt kitchen. We will definitely be going back!!! Also no keys required there was a pin code so we didn't have to worry about who had the keys our group could all come and go through the day as we pleased.
