Pet friendly
The dog-friendly backyard is secure and suits small to medium, well-behaved dogs (maximum 2 and preferably outside only). O'Sullivan Beach is the local dog beach.
External
The deck (6x3.5m) features relaxed seating to enjoy sunsets with a charcoal barbecue available, bag of briquettes provided. The large grassy backyard is ideal for kids to play around the hills-hoist clothesline, also perfect for those wet beach towels.
The deck has a wind-out awning for shade on hot summer days. Being so close to the beach means the occasional strong wind, so if it looks like it might take off, just wind it back in - trust us, it’s better that way!
The long driveway offers plenty of space for parking including a caravan or your boat (nearby boat ramp at O'Sullivans Beach).
Guest access
The entire property is available for your use. The driveway gate and side gate are padlocked, with the key on the keyring.
