I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone after my experience. I arrived late at night after a long trip, much to my surprise I’m told on arrival they don’t accept reservations from Expedia since they don’t get paid! First, I’m told to do another booking through their own website. I refused. Then I was told that I need to contact Expedia to find a solution (late at night on a weekend, really?) and then after waiting for a long time, I am told that I can stay for one night only when I paid for two, as if I was given some kind of favour! I paid for two nights and I could only stay one and this after a lot of discussion and hassle...I hope this comment will serve for the hotel owners to make sure they sort out their issues with Expedia and stop treating customers like this in the future. For now, my advice is to look somewhere for your stay in Addis
