The hotel is lovely. The room was clean and large. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and changed up day to day. Most important was the staff. Amazing. Friendly and helpful. Helpful with things outside the hotel like banking and tours. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I had a fabulous vacation.

I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family. The shuttle service was punctual, the front of house staff was remarkable. Every single interaction we had with anyone working at the hotel was filled with kindness and warmth. A good hotel
Really good hotel and rooms, I was very happy and will go back again - been 3 times. The only problem I can mention is the road around the hotel which is in pretty poor condition, but the hotel is in a safe area and gives good value for money.

The hotel is excellent and in almost an excellent location... they could fix up the roads leading to the hotel, but not a deal breaker. Everything is good except for perhaps the warm coffee for breakfast but if that's your only complaint...
