"This was my first trip as a solo traveller and it was the perfect base for me. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel is in a perfect location; centrally located in the Old Town and very close to all the main attractions, including the huge market. The room was very comfortable with good amenities, including a fridge with a mini bar. I used the spa at the hotel and this was very clean. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel with good staff. This hotel is conveniently located at the edge of the Old Town. They have a parking garage at the building, which makes it easy to park. However, they are not able to reserve parking. The breakfast was excellent and room clean and decent size. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"We had a fantastic stay in Grand Poet Hotel. We booked the Deluxe room and we were given room 419, which had a fantastic view over the park and Riga old town. There was plenty of room for 3 people including our son. Room was tastefully decorated and super clean. We utilized the valet parking which was really convenient. Charge was 30 Euros per night. Hotel was walking distance from everything, including all the nice restaurants in the old town. SPA was nice, but a bit overcrowded at all times. Highly recommended."
