"Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also. Bike rental nearby. Service superb and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast. With such bargain price really worth to go for. "

"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"This is a unique property since it is located in a small village. We wanted a more authentic experience and that is what we got - the property is visited by local clientele on a daily basis since it has a restaurant and brewery. We traveled with my parents and stayed in a family apartment. One room had 2 king-sized beds (no closets). The other room was smaller with a set of bunk beds and an en suite (no closets). The 2nd bedroom with the en suite could have been better set up if it had a...

"My email concerning how to check-in arrived after my check-out, so my check-in was confusing. The room was really good. Breakfast was, due to Corona, a paperback to be eaten in my room, with bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, and a cup of coffee. Under the circumstances really good."
