"Although it was not so easy to locate, and a little out of the way, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A very good value! A good selection of fast food close by. No coffee in room but the coffee in the lobby was really excellent! The door to the bathroom has too many coats of paint and will not close easily. Personnel were professional and courteous. Would stay there again."

"We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked."

"The pool had not even been open at all this year. Had plants on it. No breakfast. I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!"
