"This was the last night of our trip. Wanted a place with a pool. We arrived with enough time for a quick swim before bed and another the next morning. Loved our stay here. Room was big with big screen TV and decent channels. Had a tub to bathe our five year old. Breakfast was what you'd expect plus biscuits and gravy. Indoor pool was awesome. Next time we're cruising through western Iowa we will definitely stay here again. Staff was as nice as could be. Like i said, loved our stay."

"If you want to step back into the age of lumber barons and other characters, then this is the place to stay! Be sure to ask Barbara about the history of the mansion. It is fascinating - dating back over 125 years. The bed and the room were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The center of Atlantic is just a short walk away. It was easily accessable even on a very warm Spring evening. We would absolutely stay here again."
