"Location was great, close to the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony looking on to the old city wall was nice. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves. There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration."

"This is a beautifully and tastefully restored vintage property. The hosts are welcoming and multilingual. I highly recommend it. My only minor complaint was that I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning at night - I don't like to sleep with AC. My solution was to pull out the room card from the power control and turn off the electricity for the room, but that meant we couldn't charge our phones. But that's minor, and I'm sure that if we'd said something the management would have...

"A "will do" hotel. Positive side was the service, and the good location. Besides that it is an old hotel with "so-so" food. Feel kinda robbed when you pay so much for so little but those are the prices for hotels in Israel for you."

The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself. Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front... Ask for the Spa great options.... We recommend !"

"Very nice small place - once you got used to the idea of a toilet in the shower. Great location. Everything was great except for the young children making a great deal of noise outside our door until 10:30 pm - not our host’s fault."
