"The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!"

"This was a week long birthday party. Friends and family came together from Europe and the USA. I could not have chosen a better place. The farmhouse is just perfect. The setting is superb. "The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."
