"This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. Bonobo Winery and Chateau Chantal were fantastic. I would not recommend Peninsula Winery. I was ignored for ten minutes and then the couple behind me were ushered right up front for a tasting.
