Waterfront apartment with garden and wide sea view

Located on the ground floor of a waterfront villa in the hamlet of Pozzillo, Casa Busà boasts a private garden bordering the lava rocks and the sea. From here the view of the sea and the coastline from Pozzillo to Taormina and even Calabria in the distance is simply outstanding.

Casa Busà is composed of a living room which leads to a covered terrace perfect for outdoor dining, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Wireless internet is available and included in the price.
During your holiday you will be just a stone's throw from the sea and you can take a dip whenever you want, as if it were your own private salt pool. In summer (generally between 15 June and 15 September) ladders are installed on the lava rocks to facilitate the access to the water.

The apartement is located at the end of a private road where you can park, just 500 meters from the center of Pozzillo. This fishing village with a small shop is a quiet and strategic place, halfway between Catania and Taormina, from which to start discovering Eastern Sicily and Mount Etna.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

A car and/or an electric bike is required. You can rent a car at the airport and Roberto can help you with renting an electric bike.
Two streets away from the house (via Carammone 30) there is a grocery store that sells bread, fish and fresh eggs.
The price includes one set of linen and bathroom towels per person and the final cleaning.

Excellent property. Wonderful peaceful stay. Couch and showers were outdated and should be updated, but generally a great place. Also could use a better coffee maker!

The house is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood which we appreciated very much. Host Roberto is helpful and kind. There was a problem with the electricity and he fixed it immediately.

Wonderful holiday in November
Casa Busa is an absolut lovely place to be. The appartment is huge, very well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The garden nearby the sea is fantastic and we even could go swimming in November. We had a warm welcome by the owners, they also could give us a lot of information what to do and how to get there. We felt like home and were sad when we had to leave. Thank you for that lovely week...we will come back...that´s sure!

Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche in dem Haus mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Mein Mann und mein Sohn sind gerne auf den Lavafelsen vor dem Haus herumgeklettert. Der direkte Einstieg in das Meer über eine kleine Treppe war praktisch und meistens war man dort allein und hatte seine Ruhe. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Путешествовали вчетвером. Все были впечатлены расположением жилья. Пляж с восхитительными лагунами в окружении вулканических камней буквально в 100 м. от дома. Жилье очень удобное полностью соответсвует описанию. В нем есть все необходимое для того, чтобы отдыхать и наслаждаться морем. Тераска с видом на море превзошла все ожидания. Мы, как любители рыбы оценили близость рыбной лавки, находящейся в 5 минутах ходьбы, где продают только что выловленную рыбу и морепродукты. Продуктовые магазинчики и бар с гранитой и булочками тоже в 5-ти минутах пешком. Хозяева очень дружелюбные. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали достаточно поздно, они позаботились, чтобы нам доставили вкуснейшую пиццу. Уверены, вернемся сюда еще не раз.

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos! Accès direct à la mer par porte privée. Vue et jardin exceptionnels. Calme assuré. Hôtes prévenants , bienveillants sans être trop présents: juste comme il faut. A proximité de l'Etna pour de belles randonnées, avec un retour en baignade dans des eaux cristallines peuplées de poisson. Tout petit village paisible: parfait pour se ressourcer, parfait pour nous!! Mais attention à ceux qui n'auraient pas de voiture ou qui aiment les restos et les animations.

Vi havde det fineste ophold i Robertos lejlighed. En charmerende lejlighed, med den smukkeste udsigt og omgivelser. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge i lejligheden til at nyde sin ferie. Meget lokalt og roligt område, et must med vil for at komme fra adressen til byerne omkring. Let og imødekommende kommunikation, og Roberto var til stor hjælp med guides og spørgsmål.

Der Ausblick über die Lavafelsen von der Terrasse aus war sehr schön und die Lage war wirklich sehr ruhig. Schön fanden wir auch die zusätzliche Aussenküche mit dem Grillplatz. Der nahe Alimentari hatte für den schnellen Einkauf alles Notwendige. War ein sehr schöner Italienurlaub, in einem noch sehr traditionellen Fischerdorf. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sofort im Urlaubsmodus war. Vorort hat uns Roberto mit allem notwendigen versorgt. War eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bis dato je hatten.

Wunderschöner Garten, mit viel Ruhe zum entspannen. Man kann stundenlang auf das Meer schauen.. die Wohnung ist für eine Woche (auch mit Kind) gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Duschen sind allerdings sehr eng. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Vista meravigliosa. Comodo accesso alla scogliera e host molto disponibile. A noi ha organizzato il tour dell’Etna. Bellissimo. Siamo inoltre stati avvisati di una piccola eruzione e quindi abbiamo potuto vederla dal vivo. Casa in ordine e con il necessario per soggiornare. Per noi è stata un’ottima esperienza.

Wij hebben geweldig genoten van het verblijf. Meerdere activiteiten gedaan vanuit het appartement. Eerste ontmoeting met Robert was prima, gelijk uitleg over bepaalde zaken en communicatie via de app liep goed. Fijne vakantie gehad.

Très bon séjour avec une vue à couper le souffle. Bons moments de détente face à la mer après les journées de visites. Tout est très calme. Bonne situation pour découvrir la côte de Taormina à Syracuse. Les hôtes sont très agréables et discrets, le parking à l intérieur de la propriété un vrai plus. À Pozzillo, peu de choses à voir ou à faire mais une petite épicerie pour le dépannage bien pratique.

The apartment is located in a very quiet hood of Pozzillo. The view over the sea and the exclusive access to the shallow waters nearby is everything. Milena has been extremely welcoming, warm and helpful but of course discreet. 5 days went so fast!
