Extensive equipment
The holiday apartment is very lovely furnished and offers a lot of comfort. Two large balconies and a well-equipped kitchen invite you to relax in the evening. The underground car park is very pleasant in Sicily, which is otherwise very park-critical. Unfortunately it is a bit narrow, but very practical. Lucia is very nice and takes care of you individually. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem netten Ort
Ein paar Schritte vom Zentrum (Hafen) in Stazzo entfernt. Stazzo ist reizend. Die "Fischbude" am Wochenende ist ein Hit!

Appartment "Casa Limone"
Das Appartment war bis auf die durchgelegene Mattraze des quietschenden Doppelbetts und der fehlenden Astra-Satelitenanlage,daher keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme empfangbar soweit ok. Da ich noch nie für eine Ferienwohnung eine Kaution bezahlt habe,fand ich das auch nicht so gut.Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nur für Kleinwagen oder Compaktwagen geeignet,wenn man rückwärts einparkt,da man sonst wegen der verwegenen Architektur der Tiefgarage sonst nicht heil heraus kommt. Was die örtliche Lage angeht,fand ich das leider bescheiden,dass diese Appartmentanlage in einer Einbahnstraße liegt(wegen der Umwege auf die Straßen heraus aus der Ortschaft Stazzo.Die Preise waren o.k.,der sizilianische Verkehr ist total verrückt,da brauch man Augenmaß und Nerven.,Die Leute sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich,kann man sich nicht besser wünschen.Mit Englischkentnissen kannst mit der Wohnungsinhaberin gut kommunizieren,auf Sizillien selbst kommst du aber damit nicht weit!Es empfiehlt sich daher,einige Begrifflichkeiten auf Italienisch zu lernen um das Leben im Urlaub zu genießen. Wer wie ich,einen neueren Mietwagen mit Dieselmotor fährt,sollte nicht allzu viele Touren in der Urlaubszeit dort planen,da es nur ganz wenig Adblue(Adiblue)auf Sizillien zu kaufen gibt.Die Autobahn ist die einzige Straße,wo ein entspannteres Fahren möglich ist,bis auf die Mautstationen,da wir nur manuell Zahlen konnten,dauert es ein wenig länger,als diejenigen,die einen Mautscannerbox im Auto hatten und daher die Spur "Telepass" benutzen konnten.Sonnst war die Insel gastfreundlich im besten Sinne.Viel Spass allen Besuchern!

Erholsame Tage im beschaulichen Stazzo
Wir hatten als Paar eine schöne Zeit in Stazzo in der Zeit vom 19.09. bis zum 06.10.2017. Die Wohnung war liebevoll dekoriert und hatte mit Internet TV, Radio und Balkon auch was für die doch heftigen Regenschauer, die im Oktober abends schon mal runterkommen. Besonders gerne haben wir auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt während die Bambinis in der Grundschule gegenüber gesungen haben. Wenn wir nicht in der gut eingerichteten Küche was leckeres zubereitet haben, gab es auf dem Weg nach Acireale über Scillichenti die Pizzeria "Il Muretto", die wir nur empfehlen können. Ansonsten bietet Stazzo leckeren Kaffee in der Blue Bar und zwei gut sortierte Minimärkte. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um den Ätna und Strandtage am Spiaggia di San Marcus können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir würden aber definitiv dazu raten einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, den man in der zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgarage auch sicher abstellen kann. Besonders gut haben wir uns mit der Vermieterin Lucia verstanden, die für uns per Whatsapp immer erreichbar war und mit Tipps und Rat zur Seite stand und mit der wir mit Ettnativa eine interessante Wanderung durch die Lavahöhlen rund um Nicolosi unternommen haben.

Appartement bien équipé.
Merci Lucia pour l'aceuil aimable. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé avec un beau terrasse à 100 mètre de la mer. Dans le petit village il y a un bar agréable et un très bon restaurant. La situation de l'appartement est très bon pour visiter les places touristiques dans l'environ. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien et il y a un garage. Nous étions très content de tous.!!!

Heel mooi vakantie-appartement
Het appartement is perfect uitgerust en is voldoende ruim, met een mooi terras. Het is gelegen tussen Catania en Taormina. Een auto is wel nodig voor bezoek van de toeristische plaatsen in de omgeving. Een pluspunt is de goede wifi verbinding en de garage. De gastvrouw is erg lief en behulpzaam.

Location impeccable!
Merci à Lucia pour son accueil chaleureux dans son appartement idéalement situé pour visiter l'est de la Sicile. L'appartement était très confortable pour trois personnes, bien entretenu, bien équipé, très fonctionnel et au calme. Le parking dans la résidence est un vrai plus. Nous avons également utilisé le wi-fi sans problème. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Joli appartement fonctionnel à la déco soignée
L'appartement est en tous points conforme à la description : bien équipé, très propre, très agréable. Il dispose d'une place de stationnement, à l'intérieur de la résidence, ce qui est bien pratique. Lucia, la propriétaire s'est révélée une hôtesse charmante et attentionnée. Sa nature joyeuse est très communicative ! Efficace et à l'écoute de tous nos besoins ! Un grand merci à elle ! Posto strategico per visitare Taormina, Siracusa,
L'appartamento è pulito e molto confortevole, climatizzato e con wi-fi gratuito. Il parcheggio è coperto all'interno del residence. Lucia è molto gentile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni per visitare facilmente Taormina, Isola Bella, Catania, Siracusa, Noto. Siamo stati sull'Etna prenotando una escursione in jeep con una guida dell'Etna che è venuto direttamente a prenderci direttamente dalla casa vacanze. Consigliatissimo!

Posto strategico per visitare Taormina, Siracusa
L'alloggio è molto confortevole, accessoriato di tutto, climatizzato in entrambi i due locali. La connessione wi-fi e il parcheggio è gratuito. Il posto è strategico perchè a pochi chilometri siamo andati a Taormina, a Siracusa, a Noto. Abbiamo visitato l'Etna con una guida dell'Etna che è venuta con la jeep direttamente presso la casa vacanze. Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno perfetto
#1126430 L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, corredato di ogni cosa. La descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio corrispondono perfettamente ed è veramente a 100mt dal mare. Vicino ha anche una pizzeria, un bar e un minimarket. E' in posizione strategica per poter visitare città come Siracusa, Catania, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina o Taormina. Poi c'è l'Etna con tutto il suo circondario. La proprietaria è molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o necessità. L'appartamento ha anche un posto auto al chiuso e al coperto. Da non sottovalutare per chi magari ha preso una macchina a noleggio. Quindi tutto perfetto, lo consigliamo!

Super séjour dans cet appartement

Magnifique séjour à Stazzo - Sicile
Voici un bien bel endroit et une bien belle résidence de vacances que sont la Casa Limoni situé à Stazzo . Avec une hôte aussi dynamique , disponible, royannante et dévouée à sa clientèle afin que celle ci ne manque de rien. c 'est dans un appartement calme, reposant ,la fois très coloré et confortable que j ' ai posé mon couchage , tempérant le degrés de l 'habitat à l 'aide de sa climatisation , restant en connexion permanente avec ma famille, les amis, la France et tous autres services : Itinéraires, offices de Touristes grâce à son wifi, son parking privé et tout cela à deux pas de la plage de Stazzo, divers commerces proximités et d 'une vue imprenable sur le volcan l' Etna … un pur plaisir … je m 'empresse de le recommander au plus grand nombre . Merci à vous Lucia pour toutes ces attentions…

Pour ceux qui visitent la moitié est de l'île, l'emplacement est bon, appartement bien équipé, endroit calme, parking privé et surtout, propriétaires très gentils, prêts à aider et conseiller. Moi j'aime, j'adore, j'y suis allée l'été dernier
Moi j'aime non j'adore, j'y suis allée l'été dernier. L'appartement est coquet, confortable, spacieux et propre. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et propre avec frigo et vaisselle. Super équipé, rien ne manque. Appartement avec parking privé et garage. A 60 mètres de la plage, avec ses rochers. Le soir, au coucher du soleil, c'est splendide et tellement reposant. L'été, vous y trouverez des marchés nocturnes, des fêtes, des feux d'artifice. Ambiance garantie. Le vieux port et la ville d'Acireale. Acireale est une station thermale et une étape agréable entre Catane (16 km) et Taormina (environ 35 km). C'est à la fois la ville du citron, de la pâtisserie, de la cassata siciliana (gâteau typique sicilien à base de ricotta, fruits confits, pâte d'amande ou glace), du théâtre dei pupi et, enfin, du baroque. Une jolie petite ville bien tranquille où l'on dénombre plus de 100 églises !

Siamo stati , dopo altre esperienze nella sempre bella Sicilia, presso la Casa dei Limoni a Stazzo le scorse due settimane e tutto e' stato perfetto e corrispondente alle migliori aspettative: casa tenuta benissimo, arredata con molto buon gusto, fornita di tutto il necessario, estrema pulizia ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere svariate interessantissime mete, sia marine che no (Acitrezza, Acicastello, Etna, Taormina, Isola Bella, Castel Mola, Siracusa, Noto, Catania, Valle dell'Alcántara ecc.). Accoglienza, disponibilità e genuina cordialità della proprietaria Lucia hanno ulteriormente arricchito la nostra esperienza, per noi da rinnovare e certamente da raccomandare! Luca e Tiziana

Bellissime vacanze in Sicilia
Bellissime vacanze in Sicilia. L'appartamento era veramente molto confortevole, pulito, accessoriato e curato in tutti i particolari. La mattina con i bambini andavamo a piedi a mare a meno di 100 mt dall'appartamento . Rigorosamente prima si passava al bar della piazza a gustare le gustosissime granite alla mandorla e caffe con brioche calda. Grazie ad un centro diving vicino l'abitazione abbiamo fatto delle belle gite in barca nella vicina Taormina. Meravigliosa anche l'escursione sull'etna in jeep , la proprietaria ci ha consigliato una guida dell'etna che è venuto a prenderci direttamente presso l'appartamento. Siamo stati veramente bene. Ringrazio la disponibilità e gentilezza di Lucia.
