"The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. When the pool and wellness center are open I’m sure it’s amazing. "

We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave.
