"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. "The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. "There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck."
