"We stayed for the night of my 60th birthday and would definitely return if we are ever in Ullapool again. Kathleen was lovely, switching us to the downstairs room when she realised the stairs were a problem for me. Our room had a full size roll top bath which was heavenly. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept like babies. Kathleen was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants and told us a little about the history of her beautiful home. I would give more stars if I could. "

"The setup is very good; the surrounding area, beaches, and Hermit's Castle are why we booked here for two nights. Unfortunately, the builders opposite decided to start work with a digger and heavy roller before 8 a.m., so our stay wasn't exactly peaceful. This was not the owner's fault, I should add. The pod was large and comfortable, but it really needs Starlink, as we couldn't use the internet on our phones. Some might find this acceptable, but others might not. Not being able to watch TV was disappointing for the price we paid. Both nights were the same. Don't let that put you off; I'm sure the groundworks are now finished, and some people don't mind not having TVs. We walked for miles, drove to other beaches, and enjoyed the area, and we recommend it to everyone. It won't put us off visiting their other site of pods on the east side of the NC500 next year"

"Everything about our stay from booking to departing could not have been better. Our host Katerina was always on hand to provide information updates and accommodate our needs. The cottage was outstanding in every way, well stocked with all the necessary items and some for a self catering stay. The cleanliness was top notch and the refurbishment which has taken place compliments the property so well. The views and area surrounding the cottage are to die for and put you into that relax mode as soon as you arrive. We cannot fault the cottage, location and surrounding areas at all. If what you are after is time away from the rat race of life and want to lose yourself in remote beauty in delightful accommodation then go no further. We will absolutely be going back. Katerina you are a fantastic host and thank you so much for allowing to experience your cottage and location."
