The 180° balcony was a treat. The living room/island kitchen is spacious and bright. Staff was attentive to concerns. Having the coffee shop on premises is a plus. Several small vendors nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I came here I got sent to a wrong room. The fridge had mold on it. The shower head was broken. Cigarettes burn marks on the sheets. The walls had hand prints all over them. I messaged the host they did not care. I had to leave and book a entire new place to stay

I have stayed at this place via a different booking (Accra luxury apartments) and the place is quite nice. However, this particular one is a scam, after I booked online I was told there’s no availability and a different property was offered which I declined because that’s just bad business. I requested a refund but was directed to go through my booking agency. They tried multiple times but couldn’t reach the listing agent to approve the refund. Stay away from Gallery by Cozy.

My stay wasnt the greatest, alot wasnt explained to me prior to check in So many outlets werent working , the ac wasnt really functioning. The drainage was horrible shower kept clogging and it was infested with cockroaches . Was not impressed with that unit .

The one bedroom apartment by Cozy was very well equipped and clean. By far Cozy does a better job than the others we booked from here at the Gallery in East Lagoon. You can see a huge difference in the quality by Cozy.

The gallery was centrally located. Very clean and modern. Staff was nice and polite. Our only complaint was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the apartment was very small.

Nice penthouse room, that could use a little update in certain areas. It was big and offer great view of the city. Inwas disappointed that my booked room wasnt available my first day. I had to wait until the second day to move in. The staff was nice.

Horrible place to book. Terrible communication. Go ahead and book if you want to be stranded. I booked this place three different times and two of them I was stranded with my luggage’s. They did not refund my money as well for both times. Stay away from this place if your safety is important to you.

host was rude, cunning, unprofessional and the apartment needs updates and new paint. The walls in the bathroom were stained, I only received one dry towel. The patio furniture was rusted. A sitting chair had stains in it, there was no ice tray.

I booked a stay with this company Cozy this was my 2nd property with them and my last. The first unit I wasn’t happy so I moved over to the Gallery there was roaches and the ac didn’t work the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I tried to call management of Cozy no answer so I ended my stay early and moved with another company. There was no refund giving even know this unit was clean and fixtures didn’t work. I would avoid booking them and I don’t recommend.
