Friendly staff but the hotel was not up to scratch
Firstly I was put in the wrong room and was switched after the first night. The first room had a problem with one of the sockets which was quite dangerous- the socket didn’t hold the plug tightly enough so the electricity didn’t flow properly. On my second day I told the staff that I didn’t want breakfast- which I meant for that morning but they assumed I meant ever again and so stopped bringing it. The breakfast option was the same everyday anyway so I wasn’t too bothered about it but it would have been nice if they confirmed with me. There was one day where they didn’t clean my room, another day where I went out for a short while and they had seemed to start cleaning and left it half way but then finished it off later. They forgot to replace the toilet tissue one time and so I had to ask for that. There was an issue with the tap in the bathroom in the new room and they also didn’t seem to sweep underneath the beds. I found it strange that there was also someone often sleeping just outside my room in this waiting area type space, presumably for security.
