"Lovely well appointed room with interesting art pieces. The staff is amazing. Views are amazing. Little hard to find, but parking was just around the corner. Ask for directions ahead of time..there are few tricks to getting there. Great place to stay!"

"I stayed here for a weekend because my friends wedding reception was nearby. The place is beautiful. Maria and her husband are the sweetest! I don’t speak Italian but we were able to communicate very well. They make you feel like you are their family. I felt so safe and if I am ever back in Sicily I would stay here again. Very close to the marina! Thank you!! Ciao!"

"Great relaxing holiday we cooked ourselves prefer than eating in the same restaurant every day Didn't no about extra costs like water and electricity charge so that was a bit of a problem but that was the booking company's fault not the hotel We would go back there"

We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. "We stayed at this hotel in late September. All the staff were welcoming and courteous and the facilities just what we needed for a quiet stay as a couple. Everything was very clean, food was varied and it was just the location we were looking for. Mostly we ate in the town as we enjoyed the variety of local foods and the passiagatta (masses of families and friends walking around). "Brilliant location for Ragusa Ilba, loved wandering around exploring in the evenings. Checked in at at Hotel Barroca where the staff were wonderfully helpful and breakfast magnificent. We were perhaps expecting the studio apartment to be somewhat more characterful, with tiles and stone walls, however it was perfectly delightful."

"This hotel is what made our stay in Ragus Ibla so wonderful. Laura is amazing with all that she does! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many homemade options. The location was great since you're already in the old town (Ibla) and can easily walk from the hotel to the duomo and cafes. We will definitely stay there again!"

"Great surprise! Wonderful hotel built on original historic architecture in the center of town. We arrived late but were greeted so well by Michel. He was very helpful as were the other staff at the front desk. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back! Oh yes, and lovely breakfast space."

"This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area. "

"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. Breakfast was an abundance of great fresh food and baked goods, all that one would expect and some. Us Canadians are so grateful. Thank you fresh"
