Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

Elegí este hotel por una buena experiencia anterior, pero ahora fue muy diferente. Nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados, en un piso tipo sótano, oscura y húmeda, con una "terraza techada" con vista a las máquinas, con olor a combustible y sin ninguna entrada de aire natural. Además, con una sola cama, a pesar de haber pagado un precio más alto por 2 camas. La empleada del mostrador se negó a ofrecernos otra opción justificando que había sido "selección de la plataforma". Fuera de ella, el personal es amable, las instalaciones exteriores son en general buenas y la playa es hermosa. Pero el precio que te cobran para luego darte una habitación en las mazmorras no vale la pena en absoluto. Una pena, pero no creo regresar.

Me parece que requiere de mantenimiento. Las llaves del baño presentaban fugas y no paraba de tirar agua. Considero que tiene gran ubicación pero las instalaciones deben remodelarse. Además la atención en el restaurante "Tabasco" deja mucho a desear. Una persona que vestía de azul, supongo que el jefe de meseros o no sé cómo se llame, se portó poco cordial y de plano olvido mi pedido... Me he hospedado varias veces en ese lugar y empiezo a dudar si volveré. Por lo general sol fiel a los hoteles cuando la atención es buena, a pesar de que las instalaciones requieran de mantenimiento, pero si la atención al público empeora consideraría otra ubicación. Los costos no son tema para mí, bien me puedo hospedar en Brisas, en un Riu, como en otro de menor costo, siempre y cuando la ubicación en playa y atención sea buena. Recomiendo sólo si no hay problemas con instalaciones un poco vetustas. Por lo demás, es una buena opción.
