"Family unit was ideal for our needs with kitchenette and lounge aswell as two bedrooms. Staff were friendly and answered all questions eagerly- even able to check in slightly early. Discount for the hot pools was good."

"We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Lake Taupo on our 10-day road trip around the North Island! The Hotel was immaculate and the staff impeccable! The Hotel’s location was only a short car ride to the CBD, but the views of Lake Taupo from our room made up for that…stunning! We ate a few meals in the attached restaurant and all the meals were outstanding! We were also always able to get one of the tables with lake views! We were only able to visit one of the local Wineries (Mission Estate) because it was Easter Sunday. The wines were very good, and we ended up buying a few bottles. Hope to be back on our future world travels! Free parking!"
