"Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. "Slightly out off that i didnt get the room i wanted and my booking had been misplaced because i was a day late. I was told they thought i had cancelled because i didnt show up. However, i still enjoyed my stay and tge staff are very approachable and friendly. I would definitely come back here on my next visit to the smiling coast."

"The pictures are nothing like the place in person. As soon as we arrived the lights were flickering and went out several times. We have 3 kids and had to be in the dark for almost an hour. Then we asked if we could turn the air conditioning on, she told us we had to pay $11 a night to use it after already paying for our stay online. "The staff were very polite and helpful and the cleaning of the room was of a good standard the food was average as i thought more variety would not go amiss . The only complaint i have is that i booked my rooms in advance and putting in the notes that they should be next door to each other that service i did not received and we were given rooms away from each other. As a group booking the hotel should accommodate more by putting group bookings next door to each other if requested "

"We liked the quiet tranquility most of the time though occasionally noisy with officials having parties. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. We liked the room with private outside area. We liked the infinity pool. We were surprised that there was a poor selection of fruit available at breakfast but otherwise it was a good spread. We were impressed with our spa experience and felt totally relaxed afterwards. The green taxi drivers’outside were very friendly and reasonable priced too and took us to Sengambia strip for the evenings for around £4 return. Overall a fantastic relaxed holiday. "

"Great time, from check-in, to kitchen staff, to cleaners, to entertainment, great value and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our time. Recommend the premier room pool view!! Closeness to beach is so ideal too, great for relaxation or a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Nice walk 15 min walk to Tropics Mall and shout out Vibrations cafe for a healthy vegan option outside of the great food provided at Balafon. Would definitely come again. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bungalow Beach Hotel and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and provided a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern and cozy. One of the highlights was the beach. Which was simply stunning. It was peaceful, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Gambia. I spent hours there, soaking up the tranquility and feeling like I had my own private getaway.
