"Do me a favour and spend your money elsewhere. Booked a room for 2 persons, with breakfast buffet included, but when we had to eat breakfast it was only for one person, never said that on the reciept from Expedia. Staff was slightly rude and ignorant. The pool is made for midgets (sorry) you cant even take a swim in it. The maintenance of the hotel is poor and we even got upgraded to a suite, we had to share a towel and a bathrope, as they only give out for 1 person?!. Food was not that great...

"Hotel turned me back that they do not have contract with Expedia anymore. Reception stay was cunning and rude. Not recommended for anyone. "

"We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation"

" I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."

"False advertising throughout the description. We chose this hotel over a nearby competitor (with lower rates and bigger bed available) because they advertised that baby crib was available, but this was not the case and the reception staff was amused or surprised that we thought they would have a crib. The room had only 1 towel in the meager bathroom that looked nothing like the images shown on the hotels dot com page for our room type. We asked for another bath towel and some hand towels but...

"While the lobby area looks good, the rooms are tired and dirty. Fridges not working, our microwave did not have a glass plate to put a dish on. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some parts are newer than others. The staff, service, and quality are fantastic. The hotel has many amenities. Great experience!"
