Scammed, USA

Terrible, this is a rip off - hotel is not operating. Arrived to dormant location. No phone number included in itinerary, no email, but instructions advising to contact property if need be. We were stranded in the night and had to pay over $189 for another property. Contacted Orbitz for a refund and to investigate, and Orbitz is claiming it is not their responsibility to verify the validity of properties advertised on their site, but Orbitz collected our money. Internet scams
