"I always enjoy my stay at Tropicana Suite hotel for the past 9 years, that's why my friends and colleagues can not convince me to switch hotel whenever I go to Manila to take are of business. I think almost everyone at the front desk, security, as well as the cleaning crew know me, I find these people very friendly, ready to help and very polite. "The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc. "

"I wish ALL rooms are NON-SMOKING. our first room was smelling of smoking. We request a change of room the next day, we got a 4th floor ... we are happy. "The hotel room was spacious ,nice and clean. The food needs improvement. Some dishes are too sweet or too salty. The juices for breakfast are either too sweet or don't taste like the fruits they represent. Its a the worst brand I have ever tasted in a hotel.."
