"The service at this hotel is truly outstanding—on another level. The staff is extremely helpful, and if there’s an issue with the room, they fix it almost immediately. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are outdated, and the furniture looks dated, even though it’s not worn out. That being said, the rest of the hotel is in great condition. "We arrived early and were given a room with an upgrade, a partial sea view. It was for a disabled person (and we were advised as such) so the shower was poorly designed, with no real draining on the floor. I don't know how a challenged person would be safe on it... but we used our towels to mop up the excess water that wouldn't have drained. The staff is quite helpful. Excellent Property with Splendid Service

"It’s a lovely property with INCREDIBLE service. We stayed few nights to celebrate an occasion and were very impressed by the focus on service and hospitality. Special call out to Elena at the reception and Abhitosh at the restaurant who were too nice. There were others too (Salman at entrance, Christopher with the luggage) and we did not find one person who was not warm or helpful. Sitting by the canal side, they had complimentary lollies, water, sunscreen and sunglasses cleaning service! Property itself is very opulent and well kept. Great assortment of restaurants and food options. Lots of open space around the property to take walks. The gym is one of the best gyms I have been to with plenty of space, open views and nice equipment."

"I loved my room. This hotel is not just a one night hotel. There were so many amenities that I’ve missed. However, I visited Nuri Restaurant. Awesome service. The atmosphere and decorations were top notch. The food was excellent. I ate plant based options but each bite was scrumptious. "

Fantastic location and wonderful amenities.

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful accommodation. It is situated in a good location. The amenities are top notch and all staff were excellent. Our minor recommendations would be to add lighting on the inside of the wardrobes and shelving area and brighter lighting in the hallway outside of the bathroom. "

"Fabulous team at Jumeirah! So welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional! Exceptionally clean hotel! Food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. Wonderful sea views. Limited things to do in the evenings but perfect if you just want a relaxing holiday by the sea with good food, lovely sea views and sunshine. The only negative experience was buying two ice-creams which cost the equivalent of £30!! Thought it was a joke. Astronomical price and an absolute rip off! But overall the experience was fabulous! "
