The staff were incredibly nice, I was suffering from horrible jet lag/lack of sleep and they allowed me to sleep in. They even opened up the sauna at 2am to help relax me for bed. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience."

Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
