"Location, location. If you don't mind winding down a farm road for almost a mile through woodland and field, opening and closing livestock gates along the way this is the place for you! The house is warm and cozy and superbly outfitted. The beds are very comfortable. The lawn and gardens are bountiful, with canal paths and woodland walks right outside your door. "Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Holiday Inn Express Inverness, an IHG Hotel

"Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the highlands. Will definitely make this our preferred hotel to stay in on future visits. Every member of staff so pleasant and friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere and so impressed with the included breakfast. Did not expect to have cooked breakfast as part of continental breakfast. "

"We stayed for 2 nights in the Rowan suite. It was absolutely brilliant, room was immaculate and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even showed us to our room and how to use some of the amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be returning. "
