Silverwood Holiday Retreat is perfect for large group celebrations and can comfortably fit up to 21 guests in its 7 roomy bedrooms. It's nestled on 3 acres of beautiful private land with a large garden and hot tub, with plenty of parking space, making it a great place for relaxation and fun.

This property is located on a quiet lane with a few houses nearby, with the prestigious Frilford Heath Golf Club next door. What we love most about this house is it's situated a short 20 minute drive from the historic city of Oxford which is brimming with culture, restaurants, bars, shops and exciting attractions.

Silverwood is a unqiue and versatile complex that is made up of a main house and self-contained annexe. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 2 kitchens plus 2 further bedrooms in a self-contained annexe; The Balcony Apartment and the Studio. Combined they total 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

The property can be booked with the main house and annexe, or just the main house. The pricing reflects just the main house. Please let us know your group size and requirements and we can adjust the pricing accordingly for over 16 guests.

Inside, you'll find a modern and stylish interior adorned with high-quality furnishings, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable, alongside plenty of space for your group to feel relaxed.

Silverwood boasts a gigantic south-facing garden making it a sun trap in the summer and a beautiful spot to watch the sun set. The initial patio next to the living room has a large outdoor table and seating, perfect for hosting drinks and firing up the BBQ griddle for a smokey feast.

The expansive garden is yours to do as you please – ideal for sporting activities with your friends and family, or equally pleasant and tranquil to take in the green landscape.

There is a covered zone featuring a large and luxurious hot tub, the perfect end-of-day reward after exploring Oxford or the nearby country surroundings. Additionally, there is table tennis to enjoy friendly or competitive games.

Pets are welcome with families but please speak to us ahead of booking about the pets you are bringing.

Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden, we kindly ask guests that wish to smoke to do so in the car park.

Brilliant stay at Silverwood Retreat
We had such a great time staying at the house, loads of space, and a huge fully fitted out kitchen - actually two kitchens! We played games in the massive garden and enjoyed sunset sitting in the hot tub, it was simply perfect. It was also really close to Oxford so we popped into town for a night out. It's close to the river so we also had a river cruise, looking forward to going back for another stay soon. Definitely a top house and super welcoming too
