Cherbury cottage has three double bedrooms one with twin beds.There is a reception room with television, and wood burning stove. The cottage has two shower rooms and one bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout . The fitted kitchen is large and modern with all the amenities including dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Wooden floor throughout.

Cherbury Cottage is situated close to the main house but not attached. Guest will have their own private parking and private garden. They may also enjoy the use of a tennis court. Southmoor is 2 miles away with a direct bus into Oxford - It also has a village shop, post office and a couple of pubs.

We are very much surrounded by land, two woods and a lake so If you want to get away from the hurly burly of city life, this is the place for you. Set in a very rural location, you can totally relax and unwind and recharge those batteries. At the same time, for those who enjoy good food there are a number of excellent pub/restaurants within easy reach. Of course, the beautiful city of Oxford with all its history and dreaming spires is a very short car ride away. The Cotswolds with all its attractions is an enjoyable day out.

The nearest train station is Didcot which can be reached in 20mins by car. London to Didcot is a 40mins train journey. There is also a bus stop in Southmoor which is 2 miles away which takes you to Oxford and Abingdon. Oxford is approximately 12 miles away.
