"The house was lovely. Had everything we needed as advertised. Unfortunately, the town of Damascus was devastated by a flood due to Hurricane Helene. We lost power about 9:40am on 9/27. Also, lost water around the same time. We had to evacuate around 5:30pm on 9/27. We apologize for not being able to wash the dishes or complete some of the other check out procedures due to the circumstances. We are devastated for the community of Damascus as they have suffered catastrophic damage in town. Luckily...

"This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. "

"Had a great stay at the cozy cottage! Eric & Patrice were the ultimate hosts and were able to help us with our stay at the last minute. We had our cousins come eat Thanksgiving dinner with us, and Eric put in the table leaf and provided additional seating so we could all enjoy a meal together. Such a special visit. Their home was clean and spacious! When we come back to Bristol, we will definitely stay again!"
