The property is close to resturants and shopping. There are a couple of small repairs that need to be made. But it's a nice comfortable house.

A hidden gem!
What a great find! We recently stayed here three nights and thoroughly enjoyed this very clean home; it was modestly furnished. Very quiet location. The only challenge we had was getting the living room tv to connect to internet. I am Roku challenged. LOL! They were very quick to respond and help us out if we had any questions. We look forward to staying again if available for future visits.

I came to Abilene with family to move my son to college. We stayed a 2 days. The home was at a great location right next to a Walmart and lots of places to eat. The home was very clean and in very good condition. I had an issue with the television and the property manager came right over and fixed it. The communication was very good. I would definitely stay at this house again when I come see my son play football at the university.

Overall good rental
Overall spacious, clean, and great price. House can improve with kitchen basics, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, and more pots and pans for cook. Most places have basic seasonings in the kitchen. Other than that overall great stay.

Unexpected Trip
The property was nice, in a fairly quiet meighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. We had not bewn planning this trip for long, as it was for an unexpecred death in the family, we were able to book quickly and easily and was in close proximity to the services. We traveled from Arizona, ans were able to get in as soon as we arrived in rown. We appreciated our hosts.

Good stay, but could use more towels and kitshen stuff. Only three cups of coffee for five days? Washingmachine locked up after one load - no easy was to contact property manager. Would stay again.

Just What We Needed
We were in town to visit our daughter in college and extended family. The property was just what we needed. We had one minor issue that the owner addressed right away. My only recommendation would be to have a broom and dust pan available. Our youngest isn’t the neatest eater and a broom would have been helpful to clean up after her. 😀

Was in a perfect location for us. Kitchen could us some more silverware and pans. Needs some dish towels and hot pads. Try to bake frozen dinners and they were hard to remove from oven but overall met our needs.

Graduation stay
We were happy to find a place to stay that was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms for son's graduation. This house could use some updates. We found a dirty cup and fork in the sink upon arrival and found the microwave could be cleaned better. If you stay during the winter, bring extra blankets as there was only one, only 4 chairs in the kitchen (hard to sit 6 people for a meal or ganes) and only decaf coffee. Luckily Walmart is 2 minutes away so we went and bought blankets and coffee. The host was quick to respond to emails.
