"My wife, my 15 months old son and I had a wonderful time in this hotel. It feels so serene, quiet and magical. The pool is amazing. The food at dinner and breakfast is fantastic. "The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. "Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. "
